Returns & Exchanges
If you're not happy, we're not happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your timely return of eligible items to Bark.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, include vendor packaging/tags and be in the same condition upon which it was received. Worn or used merchandise cannot be returned unless deemed by Bark and its affiliates to be a manufacturers defect. Personalized items and food product(s) are not returnable.
- Refunds will be given based on the original form of payment. Apologies in advance; shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Unfortunately, Bark is not responsible for returns that are improperly packaged, damaged or lost in transit.
- For on-line purchases, returns will be processed within 48 hours upon receipt of said goods; Include copy of original invoice.
